GEAR IPV PROMOTIONAL VIDEOThe Mediterranean Institute of Gender Studies (MIGS) presents the promotional video produced in the framework of the project GEAR against IPV II- Gender Equality Awareness Raising against Intimate Partner Violence, implemented during the period of 2014 to 2016, and co-financed by the Daphne III Programme of the European Union.

The video provides an overview of the project objectives and activities including the experiences of the secondary school students (aged 14-17 years) that participated in a series of awareness raising workshops, implemented by teachers trained in the GEAR against IPV methodology. The video also showcases some of the wonderful works produced by the students with messages of zero tolerance to gender based violence. The student creations will be promoted through a social media campaign and disseminated widely.

The GEAR against IPV II project aims to contribute to primary and secondary prevention of Intimate Partner/Sexual Violence (IPV/SV) among adolescents. For more information visit the project website at www.gear-ipv.eu.
