The fourth meeting of the ACCEPT PLURALISM project was held on 7-9 March 2012 in Budapest, Hungary and was hosted by the Central European University.

All research teams along with the NGOs participating in the project (Banlieues d Europe, Mediterranean Institute of Gender Studies and Churches Commission for Migrants in Europe) were brought together to discuss progress so far and decide on future research, activities and dissemination issues.

The agenda of the meeting and the discussions held throughout 8th and 9th March revolved around the following axes:

a) a detailed presentation and discussion of the country case studies on tolerance and intolerance towards religious, cultural and ethnic diversity in political life.

b) the planning ahead of the comparative reports and policy briefs editing, as well as of the dissemination activities of the project in collaboration with the NGOs- partners of ACCEPT Pluralism so as to communicate the project’s findings across Europe and to a variety of audiences.

Within this framework MIGS will be organising a dissemination workshop on 27-28 September 2012 on Gender, Diversity and (In)tolerance in Europe.
