MIGS has recently received an operating grant from the European Commission – Education Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, ‘Europe for Citizens’ Programme.

The programme aims to provide Structural Support for European Public Policy Research Organisations and for Civil Society Organisations at European Level. MIGS is proud to have been awarded such a grant which will enable it to implement its annual work programme and continue its lobbying and advocacy work, media monitoring and interventions, awareness-raising campaigns including exhibitions, lectures, and seminars, as well as research activities.

Upon completion of the work programme, MIGS will be publishing its 2008 Annual Report detailing the activities it will carry out within the framework of this operating grant.
